    I attend the Langham Creek YMCA, do you have TRX suspension classes at that location? If so, when?

      The Langham Creek Y does not currently offer TRX, but they are planning to start offering classes this fall. Many of our other locations do offer TRX now if you have a citywide membership. Those locations include: McWilliams at Cypress Creek, Tellepsen, Trotter and South Montgomery County.

      Alief Family YMCA offers Masala Bhangra. You can search for various exercise classes to see what Ys offer them on our website at search.ymcahouston.org/search/group-exercise.
